New Labour Code in India: Complete Details, Features, Benefits & Impact (2025 Update)
The Government of India has introduced four New Labour Codes with the aim of simplifying, modernizing, and unifying the country’s complex labour laws. Earlier, India had 29 different labour laws, many of which were old, overlapping, and difficult for both employers and employees to understand.
