• Educational Content: Articles, tutorials, guides, and learning material.
• Digital Products: Excel templates, PowerPoint templates, documents, and downloadable files.

Note: Pal Global Service does not provide BBPS services, utility bill payments, mobile/DTH recharge, travel booking, or any regulated financial services.

2. Use of Content

• All digital content and templates are for personal or internal business use only.
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing without written permission is prohibited.
• Copyright notices or branding included in files must not be removed.

3. Payments

• All payments must be completed in advance before service delivery or file access.
• Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse transactions suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered.
• Services already started or completed are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds, if any, are processed via the original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate billing and contact information.
• Ensure you have required software/tools to use digital files.
• Use services only for lawful purposes.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• All services and content are provided on an “as is” basis.
• Pal Global Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

• Chargebacks without valid reason may result in service suspension.
• Fraudulent activity may be reported and accounts may be terminated.
